A popular question some people often ask me is, how do you use the NLP framework to help others?

Well, here is a list of the things I have recently helped some of my clients with;

- A change in career path.

- Setting boundaries at home and in their workplace.

- Improving their self-belief to stop attracting partners with narcissistic behaviour.

- Managing their emotions around a specific situation at work to help them be more productive and happier whilst doing their job.

Change work is unique and individual, as we all are.

I offer a bespoke coaching service to those who are ready to explore what change work is.

I can guarantee once you start that journey, it will be transformational for you in all areas of your life.

If there is something in your life that you are struggling to make sense of, or you are ready for a change and not sure what the next steps are, contact me for a chat to see if I can help you.

Alternatively, my workshop on Tuesday 14th May in Stockton on Tees, will start you on this journey.

People who have taken the time to develop a good sense of self awareness are mindful of their strengths and weakness, their purpose and aspirations and their impact on their environment.

In leadership this skill set helps leaders connect with others, make better decisions and lead more effectively.

My next two workshops will help you start your journey on self awareness. If you have missed your place for January, make sure you book your place on to February or March.

I have space for 10 places on each workshop - these will go quickly, so get in touch today by emailing me to secure your place [email protected]

Thank you for visiting my page.

I'm Hazel Rockingham and I'm a self employed Mindset and Empowerment coach.

I use the Neuro Linguistic Programming framework to help people understand their own internal programming. Developing a deeper understanding of self awareness is essential for you to make the right choices for YOU. Learn to create boundaries to ensure you don't fall pray to 'people pleasing behaviour', and learning to effectively communicate and ask for what you want.

“ I just need the confidence to…..”

This is a common statement when I first chat with most of my clients.

The truth is, it’s never about confidence.

It’s usually a self limiting belief we have about ourselves through a meaning we have attached to a negative experience in our past.

Sounds fairly straightforward?

Well in theory, yes.

But….

Some of these beliefs we have about ourselves (if not corrected) can have quite debilitating effects on our lives and can hinder our true potential.

So, what’s holding you back?

Get in touch to see how I can help you or come along to my next workshop on Tuesday 23rd January 9.30am to 3.30pm at Wynyard Business Park, Stockton on Tees.
