👩‍🍳 Teachers – bring Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Prime Scottish Pork into your classroom!

The Make it Scotch Meat Voucher Scheme is back for 2026/27! 🎉

Eligible secondary schools can apply for a voucher worth up to £180 to spend at their local Scotch Butchers Club member, giving pupils the chance to cook with quality assured Scottish red meat.

The scheme is a great way to bring food, farming, nutrition and provenance to life through practical cookery lessons.

RHET farm visits provide pupils with real-life learning experiences linked to Curriculum for Excellence, helping them explore food, farming, animals, nature and the countryside.

Visits are free for schools, thanks to the generosity of farmers and volunteers across Scotland.

Whether your class is learning about sustainability, science, food production or rural life, a farm visit is a fantastic way to inspire curiosity and create memorable learning experiences.
