To all the lovely supporters of Ashtree Moving Mums, it is with regret that I tell you that our sessions will not be returning after the half term. It has been a wonderful experience and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for all of your support and I hope that this can be restarted at another time. Karen

We start back after half term on Tuesday 1st November at 9.15 and to help structure our runs a little more, we are going to be using a couch to 5k app to help develop our skills and stamina, with a view to running the Stevenage parkrun once completed. I've downloaded 2 apps, so we'll see which one we prefer. Or do you have a great recommendation for one?

Ashtree School Moving Mums is back at 9:15 on Tuesday 20th September. We are a friendly group who will gently introduce you to running over the coming weeks. Please meet up in the Junior playground for sessions. If you have any questions, then please comment below or catch me at school. I'm really looking forward to starting up again! :)

While the main objective of the group is to get fitter through running and working together to run for longer and further, we may also lay claim to the fact that we are a book club too! Could we be the first running book club? I've just downloaded two recommendations! Thanks Lizzie Young! :)
