Our new nursery colleagues recently had a âWelcome Dayâat ILG Head Office, immersing themselves in the world of ILG and meeting the central team. They had the opportunity to meet our CEO, Amit, who shared the inspiring story of our journey so far. The day kicked off with a fun ice breaker session, allowing everyone in the room to get to know each other. We then delved into important topics such as policies, staff code of conduct, and KCSIE requirements. After enjoying a delicious pizza lunch, a representative from Westfield Health joined us to present the Health Cash Plan. Additional ILG benefits were also shared including extra holiday for service and attendance, fee discount, refer a friend incentive and employee of the term award. Important information on pensions led us to the end of the day.
We wrapped up the day by encouraging everyone to share their valuable feedback. It was an enriching and productive experience for all, and we look forward to hosting the day again tomorrow.
