Sports Day - TOMORROW
Timings as follows:
Nursery - Year 2 will take place in the morning from 9:30am.
Year 3 - Year 6 will take place in the afternoon from 1:30pm.
Please wear your house colours. If you are unsure on your child's colour, please speak to a member of the office team who will be able to advise you. If you do not own any clothes the colour of your child’s house please do not go and buy something especially as we can provide your child with a coloured band.
You are welcome to enjoy a picnic lunch on the field from 12:15pm. This is an informal opportunity to eat on the field with your children. Please can we ask that you enjoy your lunch together and when lunchtime is over, all children will return to class for registration and we will ask upper school parents to move onto the edge of the field to watch the events.
Please note that due to safeguarding we cannot have parents using toilets unsupervised. If you do need to use the toilet, we ask that you please use the disabled toilet located in the Nursery. Children will use the toilets as they do during usual breaktimes.
We will man the gates and children will not be allowed to leave the field, even with a parent.
Please could we ask that you respect our no smoking/vaping on school grounds, no pets and no alcohol is to be consumed. School dinners that day will consist of a cold packed lunch option for any children who will still need a lunch.
