To Our Valued Customers,
After much thought, we have had to make an incredibly difficult decision.
We opened our doors as Tots World on 15th July 2021, and after an amazing five years, it is with great sadness that we announce it is now time to close our doors from 15th July 2026
This decision has not been made lightly. Due to the ongoing challenges businesses are facing, along with the current economic climate, we are no longer able to continue.
We have poured our hearts and souls into making Tots World the special place it has become, and we are absolutely heartbroken that this journey has come to an end.
We would like to sincerely thank every single one of you for your support over the years, both at our old venue and our new one. It has been an absolute privilege to watch your little ones grow, celebrate so many special moments with you, and create memories that we will treasure forever.
A huge thank you also goes to my incredible team. I put my trust in each and every one of you to help run Tots World, and I truly couldn't have done it without you. I say it all the time, but you really are the best team I could have ever wished for. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for loving Tots World as much as I do.
At this moment, I am still unsure whether Small Monsters will continue operating from the venue. As soon as I have confirmation, I will update everyone with parties booked, new school starters, and annual pass holders as quickly as possible. I completely understand that there will be lots of questions, and I truly appreciate your patience while I work through everything.
I know this news will be upsetting for many of you, as it has been for us. Thank you again for being part of our journey and for supporting our little business over the past five years. We hope Tots World has given your families many happy memories that will last for years to come.
