Many children will be preparing to go back to school and for some it may feel like a challenging/worrying time.
For the next 22 days I will post exercises that will help calm the mind to help ease those worries.
These exercises can be used by people of all ages to bring calm to the mind.

Workshops

Just Relax can help give your mind and body the rest they truly deserve. The classes follow the seven steps to relaxation, helping you explore different relaxation techniques in a safe space, slowing your body down taking you into deep relaxation.

Chill Skills
Fun Life Skills For 7 to 14 year olds
This amazing eight week programme has been specifically created to enhance learning potential, improve confidence and develop emotional literacy. It equips young people with tools to manage their moods, emotions and behaviour in a positive way.
Regular relaxation and self-esteem sessions can also raise achievement and improve exam results.
Each session includes relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, peer massage, visualisation and discussions on topics related to developing a healthy lifestyle.

Magical Adventures
Magical Adventure Classes ages 5-9
Join our magical, creative and fun classes especially designed to help your child become more resilient, calm and confident
Each block of classes lasts for four to six weeks and follow a different theme, such as mythical creatures, pirates and mermaids, superheroes, wizards, knights, ninjas, jungle adventures and many more.

Little Stars
Our Little Star Classes are perfect for children under five. Each session you and your child will go on a new adventure. A great introduction to their emotional wellbeing.
Each week, they will sing songs, play games, dance, stretch and relax, and listen to stimulating stories. Your child will have so much fun while learning skills to aid their physical and emotional development. Join in with your child as they explore, sing, move, play and relax.
