The moments people don’t are the moments than mean the most.

Prep is one special journey. Any coach will tell you that you build a special bond when taking someone through this process.

To the moment they start, to the moment they step on stage, you’re there to guide them through.

Pumping up, running through poses & breaking everything down. The pictures taken, refining poses & making the look is there. Tanning & glazing to make sure they’re presenting the best.

All for them to come off being the best they can be.

There’s something truly special about my job and I’m grateful for the people that trust me to take them through that process.

I admittedly give people each athlete every ounce of me. What you see is what you get. Athletes first, always. The results show.

It’s more than a trophy. It’s the memories made that we compound that mean the most.

First time of stage and coming away with 2nd, British Finals invite & in one of the biggest shows of the year. We’ll take it.

For someone who ‘just wanted to step on stage’ you haven’t don’t too bad, Mads. Incredibly proud of how you’ve executed this prep.
