GOSPEL MESSAGE

For this week's Celebration of the Word assembly, the children listened to the Gospel story of two sons whose words did not match their actions.
They reflected on the important message that what we do is often more important than what we say we will do. The children were also given the opportunity to consider how closely their own words and actions reflected those of Jesus, thinking about ways they could live out His example in their daily lives. We are looking forward to the children reporting back on their mission work.

Reception

This week the children have started Mood Bear training with Paige from the Mental Health Support Team.

This is a programme to help the children think about their emotions and how to regulate them.

The children are going to have this for 4 weeks and enjoyed their first session.
