In addition to Autumn and Spring Parents’ Meetings, we are inviting parents of pupils with SEND Passport Targets or Access Card Adjustments to meet with their child’s class teacher to review progress, agree next steps, and set new targets for September 2026. These meetings will take place on Monday 29th June, from 3:20pm.
This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with your child’s teacher to ensure that targets are meaningful, appropriate, and supportive of your child’s continued development. We look forward to seeing you then.

Some of our Y1 pupils shared their superb independent writing with me this morning. I was impressed not only with their writing but in their enthusiasm towards learning about the Wright Brothers first flight. Well done Y1!

Yesterday, I received an impromptu visit from one of our talented Y5 pupils who gave a solo rendition of 'Goodness of God'. I was amazed by the confidence, progress and skill demonstrated by him and felt it deserved a special mention. What a musical star!

What fantastic number recognition and counting from our Nursery pupils this morning! Mrs Fisher came to share the pupils' independent learning as she was so impressed. Well done to the pupils in Nursery! Keep up the great maths work.

We'd like to enquire if anybody from our school community has or knows where we could get some larger resources for our outdoor EYFS area. We want to develop this area with crates, blocks, pipes and other large materials that could for example be used in the mud kitchen or sand areas so that children can develop problem-solving and resilience skills. If you have anything that you feel suitable or know where we can get things easily and for a good price, please do speak to Miss Farmer!!

Year 1 pupils and family members took part in a Stay & Pray liturgy this morning with Mrs Gwynn. They showed reverence and thought carefully about the focus and learning from their Bible story, completing some activities together afterwards.

Congratulations to the Y6 pupils of St Patrick's along with others from the parish of St Patrick's, St Anne's and St Anne's school who made their Confirmation last night. A huge thank you to Bishop Timothy, Fr Bob, Deacon Mike and St Anne's school for hosting the 40 Confirmadi and making the sacrament Mass so lovely for our pupils, staff and family members.

A lovely week for our Nursery pupils with Mrs Fisher and Mrs Pilling. We have spaces available for September which can be arranged for your child with a call to our school office and a visit to the school so you can see our fantastic Early Years learning environment.

History came to life for our Y3s yesterday. They had a fantastic day learning about Ancient Rome and Roman culture.

At the end of last half term, the school council and the Mini-Vinnies organised a charity bake sale to raise money for CAFOD. We were overwhelmed with everyone's generosity for all the cake donations and sales and made £160 over the two days. Thank you to all children and families for being part of our school community.
