Good Evening to our families!
We hope you have had the most wonderful summer break ☀️
Just a quick reminder that we reopen for the Autumn Term on Tuesday 8th September at 9am.
We look forward to seeing you all then!

We would also like to take this opportunity to wish the new Reception children lots of luck for their new adventures starting this week 🌟

The Pre-School revamp is still ongoing. So far this week there’s been repairs on the bridge and pirate ship.
We now have a new outdoor blackboard and bike shelter.
The Pre-school entrance has had a makeover, and the lower part of the building has had repairs and painted, to make it look super smart.
The ball/ water run is complete, and the board and rails are ready for our outside music area.
Not finished yet! Two of the blue token apparatus have been put together ready for September and today the little house that the children love has started to be painted, hopefully to keep it going for another couple of years.
Thanks to all the fundraising, children’s sponsors, and community donations the outdoor learning environment is looking so much more inviting.
Still more to do, thank you also to everyone who has stopped and spoken to Jason and I over the past few days, such lovely comments makes it all worth while.

We had a lovely surprise visit today from Max and Rafa when Emilia and Mia popped in to say hello to the children!

The children had an opportunity to ask lots of questions, we learnt about how we are around horses, what they eat, what equipment is needed, and what the tackle is on the horse.

We had a lovely time! Thank you Emilia and Mia! 🐴

❤️🤍❤️🤍 Please pop in to see the amazing girls at Malcom Barnecutt’s St Merryn… they are supporting St Eval Preschool by dressing up and collecting donations . All monies raised will go towards revamping our outside learning area and purchasing some much needed equipment for the children.

Good evening Parents and Carers,

Following the latest weather forecast, which indicates cooler temperatures for tomorrow, St. Eval Preschool will be open as normal.

Please ensure that all children arrive wearing sun cream and bring a named sun hat with them. We will continue to monitor both the temperature and the children’s wellbeing throughout the day and will adapt our activities as needed to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

When dropping off your child, please make sure we have the best contact telephone number for you, just in case temperatures rise higher than expected and we need to get in touch. We are hopeful that everything will be back to normal, but we would like to be prepared as a precaution.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support regarding today’s closure. We really appreciate your cooperation.
