Over the past year, we've invested in new polytunnels, rainwater harvesting and modern growing infrastructure to increase the number of trees we can produce.

Tree of the Month: Scots Pine

Fun Fact: Did you know the Scots Pine is the only truly native pine tree in the UK and can live for up to 700 years? It’s also the national tree of Scotland and provides a vital home for wildlife such as red squirrels, crossbills, and capercaillie.

This majestic evergreen has been part of our landscape for thousands of years, standing tall through generations and supporting countless species along the way.

Next time you’re out for a walk, look out for its distinctive orange-brown bark and blue-green needles growing in pairs!

An early harvest across the farm this year.

The trees are looking healthy and green, even if bareroot production is down compared with this time last year.

After two days of much-needed rain, we’re feeling hopeful and grateful.

Here’s hoping for a few more showers.

Last winter we were praying for the rain to stop with 60 days of consecutive rain.

Now during the worst drought since the 1970s we’re back to wishing everything was a bit more green.
