If you’re new here 👋🏼🥰

I want to feel strong, capable, energised, and confident in the things I love doing. I move to support my life, not take it over.

If you’re trying to find an approach that actually works for you, start by asking yourself… what do you want your training to support? 🤔

No faff, no harsh coaching 🙃 and no one size fits all plan. Just finding movement that fits into your life and helps you feel good in it.

Feel free to send me a message or there’s a link in my bio 🥰

Because you’re not.

We all have different experiences, routines, relationships with food and exercise, confidence levels and things going on outside of health and fitness.

Working as both a PT and Health & Wellbeing Practitioner has really reinforced for me that there isn’t one approach that works for everyone.

I want to understand you, rather than just give you a programme.

You don’t need to suddenly change your whole life because you’ve decided you want to feel healthier.

That can be exhausting in itself.

We can look at what’s actually manageable for you right now, rather than adding another long list of things to feel guilty about not doing.

Progress doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

Your health is part of your life, it shouldn’t have to become your whole life.

Some weeks you’ll have more time and energy than others.

Sometimes work, relationships, stress or just life will get in the way.

That doesn’t mean you’ve failed or need to start again.

We adapt.

Maybe the gym is somewhere you want to feel more confident in.

Maybe it’s somewhere you don’t feel comfortable at all.

We can start wherever feels right for you.

I can come to you, we can train at home, or we can work towards the gym when and if you want to.

I don’t think movement has to fit into a particular box to be worthwhile.

We can walk.

Run.

Train outside.

Do a home workout.

Lift weights in the gym.

The goal is to find ways of moving that feel good, feel possible and make sense for your life.

Health isn’t just what happens during an hour of exercise.

Maybe you want more confidence around food.

Maybe you don’t know what to buy when you’re doing your food shop.

Maybe you want to learn how to cook simple meals that you’ll actually eat.

Sometimes those everyday things are where the biggest changes happen.

My background in health and wellbeing means I’m used to working with people who have very different circumstances, experiences and needs.

So I’m not interested in assuming I already know what will work for you.

We can talk about what’s going on, what you want to change and what might be getting in the way.

Then we work it out together.

Strong For Life 💪🏼✨

Modify it. Change it up. But don’t see that as failing.

If I can’t do what I planned, I’ll change it. I’ll do less, swap an exercise, shorten the session or just do what feels manageable that day, a walk, a home workout, rest, stretch.

And I still count that as ‘showing up’ for what I believe in (movement long term).

I do this literally every week. My weeks aren’t perfect and my training doesn’t always stick to a plan. I just adjust things around my life rather than deciding I’ve ‘failed’ and giving up.

I’m not chasing some unrealistic goal. I don’t need every workout to be a PB or to constantly be hitting some new milestone.

I just want to feel fit and strong as I get older. That’s literally it.

So I don’t need to train like everything depends on it. I don’t need to compare myself to anyone else or care what someone else is doing.

I do what I need, I stay in my lane and I get on with it.

And there’s a lot of freedom in that 🧠 🧘🏼‍♀️

You do you, honey pie 🥧

Forget what everyone else is doing, or what Instagram says you should be doing.

Move in a way that feels right for you. Train how you enjoy, change things when you need to, and stop comparing yourself to anyone else.

Find what works for you🫶 Need help? Work with me😈🥰

There’s SO much information out there about what we “should” be doing for our health 😂

Eat more, be in a ‘deficit’ 🙃 Lift weights, but also walk more, get a good night sleep etc, all whilst trying to stay relaxed 🫣😂

And YES when you’re trying to change everything at once, it can feel very overwhelming.

What I want you to know, is you don’t need to do it all at once.

I’ve spent years slowly adjusting my own habits and finding ways to fit them into my actual life, eventually they stopped feeling like things I had to do and became normal (to the point where I don’t have to think about them)!

That’s how I want to help my clients too.

Not give you another massive list of things you’re “supposed” to be doing, but to work out what would actually make a difference for you, introduce it gradually and build habits that fit around your real life.

Feeling good and ‘healthy’ doesn’t need to feel like another full time job 🤍 🤯 😴
