Superb effort by this lot at our Kicking Fundamentals workshop today 👏👏👏

We took a really in depth look at stretching to improve kicking flexibility, foot positioning, proper technique for a number different kicks, the correct way to chamber kicks for maximum power/speed, angles of delivery and ex*****on, as well as working on spinning and jumping spinning kicks too 🥊🥊🥊 Well done everyone 🙏
