🎉 Do you know that in italy for every festivity we have one (or more) culinary traditions that celebrate it? 🎊

👩🏼‍🍳 Today is Father's Day in Italy and this sweet speciality is called "Zeppole di San Giuseppe", a recipe of Neapolitan origin, but now very popular all over Italy 😋

😋 A simple but very flavourful recipe, made of deep fried or baked choux pastry topped with a swirl of custard and a amarena (sour cherry) in syrup❕

🌼 International Women’s Day ⭐️

This is a cake that I made a few years ago, when Madebyflour did not exist but the passion for baking was already emerging 👩🏼‍🍳

It’s called “Mimosa cake” and it’s a very simple sponge cake filled with custard and cream, covered with little cubes of sponge that remind of the flower symbol of this day 🌼
