We've put together a series of training courses that we're calling Be Better, including our popular Inclusive Language session. We realised that a lot of diversity training can be underwhelming, focusing on strict facts rather than building understanding. Be Better is about sharing knowledge in a way that is relatable to trainees, creating a space for real conversation to build true understanding and awareness. We don't want to just tell people what they have to do; we want them to grasp how to make thier world an inclusive space and why it's worthwhile.
