I will be advertising our first Resuscitstion education event soon in the Ainsdale area which will include:

-CPR and resuscitation Skills for children and babies
-AED awareness
-Choking
-Home emergencies including burns, reactions, seizures and head injuries

A friendly and relaxed 90 minute session aimed at parents, grandparents, guardians, babysitter… anyone who wants to feel more confident dealing with small people emergencies!

Hi!! I’m Helen. Clinical educator and Resus specialist with over 16 years of hands on experience in the NHS, private healthcare and voluntary sector.

My clinical background spans anaesthetics, theatres, acute care, resuscitation, leadership and governance; I’ve spent my career supporting teams, patients and families through emergency situations.

I have a strong passion for clinical safety and quality improvement, and my leadership roles have involved shaping safe systems, developing multi-professional training, and supporting organisations to strengthen their resuscitation and emergency care standards as well as running and teaching many many accredited Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK) advanced life support courses for adults and Paediatrics for doctors, nurses and other Healthcare professionals.

Through Rhythm Safe, I bring this experience into clear, confidence-building training for both healthcare professionals and the wider community — helping people feel prepared, capable and calm in critical moments

Them more people trained in life support skills the better for us all!
