There are some people who simply walk into your life at the right time… and Sarah Lou is one of those souls. 🖤

I’m so excited to be working alongside this beautiful woman as part of The Essence of the Witches Knot.

Sarah has the most beautiful, soulful voice, and when she sings, there’s something that shifts… something you feel rather than simply hear. 🎶✨

Our vision for The Essence of the Witches Knot is to bring together our gifts, our creativity and our love of creating magical spaces where women can connect, release, laugh, feel and simply be.

A new chapter is beginning…

September arrives with a gentle reminder that we don’t have to hold on to everything we’ve carried this year.

Chapter 9 of 12.
Three chapters left.
And perhaps now is the time to pause, breathe, and ask yourself:

🌿 What am I ready to release?
🌿 What no longer feels aligned?
🌿 What have I learned about myself this year?
🌿 What do I want the final chapters of 2026 to feel like?

As the trees begin to let go of what they no longer need, we too can surrender.

Not everything is meant to come with us into the next season. 🍂

September is a beautiful time for reflection, grounding, gratitude and gentle transformation.

Don’t rush to the next chapter.

Sit with where you are.

Honour how far you’ve come.

And remember…

✨ You are still writing the story. ✨

Chapter 9 doesn’t need to be perfect.

✨ And just like that… another beautiful Chakra journey comes to completion. ✨

Two circles, two groups of incredible women, and so many layers of learning, reflection and growth. 💜

We have journeyed through all seven chakras, exploring the energy within each one, meeting both the light and the shadow, and discovering more about ourselves along the way.

👑 Crown Chakra — Journey Complete 👑

Our final chakra has been the Crown Chakra — our connection to higher wisdom, spirituality, consciousness and that beautiful sense of knowing that there is more to life than what we can simply see.

And now, before these ladies step into their next journey, there is just one final circle…

🌿 Living in the Flow of Life 🌿

A beautiful opportunity to bring everything we have learned together.

Not another chakra to explore, but a chance to look at how we can live our lives through the flow of the entire chakra system — bringing balance, awareness and everything we have discovered into our everyday lives.

✨ Behind the scenes of The Witches Knot… ✨

This morning, the three of us stepped away from the everyday and met over breakfast to start weaving the magic of our Samhain retreat day together. 🍂🖤

Vikki, Sarah & Victoria — three women, three energies, three very different gifts… coming together with one intention: to create something truly special for you this Samhain.

There was lots of talking, dreaming, laughing, planning (and of course good food! 😍) as we began bringing all our ideas together.

What happens when three holistic therapists, three Angelic Reiki Master Teachers and years of experience come together?

✨ Three Circles • Three Beautiful Energies ✨

What a beautiful few days of Wise Women Circles. 🤍

Three circles, three different groups of women, and yet the same beautiful thread running through them all — connection, openness, reflection and truly amazing energy.

Each circle had its own unique magic, and I feel so grateful to have shared these spaces with you all.

Our meditation seemed to really touch something within each of you, and I loved hearing how much you enjoyed it and what you experienced during your journey inward. ✨ Sometimes it’s the quiet moments, when we allow ourselves to simply pause and listen, that the deepest messages come through.

And as we step into August and the energy of Lammas, we are reminded to pause and recognise what we have already grown, created and nurtured.

Welcome to August—a month of abundance, gratitude and gentle reflection.

As we enter Lammas, the first harvest festival, we’re invited to pause and recognise all that has grown within us. Not just what we’ve achieved, but how we’ve healed, evolved and become stronger through life’s seasons.

Just as the fields are ready for harvest, August reminds us to honour the seeds we planted earlier this year and to trust that everything unfolds in its own perfect timing.

Take a moment to ask yourself:

✨ Your Chakra System is the Map of Your Life ✨

Imagine your body as a beautiful apartment building, with each chakra representing a different floor.

Every floor holds its own experiences, lessons, emotions, beliefs and memories. Some floors feel light, welcoming and full of life, while others may have been neglected, locked away or filled with old energy waiting to be acknowledged.

The question is…

Which floor are you living on?

Are you surviving on the ground floor, focused on safety, security and simply getting through each day?

Are you navigating the middle floors, learning about relationships, self-worth, confidence and finding your authentic voice?

Or are you exploring the higher floors, opening your intuition, inner wisdom and spiritual connection?

The chakra system isn’t just about energy centres. It’s a map of your life journey. It gently reveals where you’ve been, where you are now, and where your soul is inviting you to grow next.

Every chakra has a story to tell. Every floor has something to teach you.

As we journey through the chakras, we aren’t trying to become someone new. We’re simply coming home to the truest version of ourselves.
