My Stir Fried Pork Belly & Kimchi Rice Bowl with Fried Egg comes together in less than 30 minutes! It's packed with flavour and makes the perfect midweek quick meal!

Ingredients (serves 2):

1 tsp neutral oil, such as vegetable oil
300g pork belly, sliced
Salt
1/2 large onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
150g kimchi, roughly chopped
1 tbsp gochujang
2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 spring onions, sliced (save some of the green parts for garnish)
Toasted sesame seeds
Cooked rice
2 fried eggs
