I am Bre, a woman enticed by the mysteries of nature.
The trees and earth keep me sane!
I am a practising sound therapist and have a variety of techniques that I have picked up whilst on my travels... The best was learnt from my days in Nepal studying in the foothills of the Himalayas.
I studied an ancient Tibetan technique that has been passed down generations.
I also incorporate yoga studies, reiki, herbalism and more into my therapies.
Right now I am based in Tepoztlán, México and am opening up some spaces for therapies.

✨MAGIC MOMENTS✨

I had such a wonderful time playing at festival at near Falmouth.

What sacred, powerful land and community ❤️

I held 3 transformative sound journeys where we travelled through time and space whilst being held in unconditional love and trust....

Then something magical happened, some of us came together, in a sort of finale and co created a powerful sound journey with bowls, didgeridoo, bowls, handpan, native American flute and much more.

Words can't even explain the power that was in that room 🙏

Thank you for all that supported me, your kind words, your presence and energy, the hugs, the laughs, the crys..

Right now I'm living life again on the road in Elsa, life is simple and sweet. I love and trust that the right things will come to me. Right now I have not much idea where I'm going....

✨CHAKRA REBALANCING TREATMENT✨

1.5 - 2 hours

Using 7 hand made Tibetan bowls, all attuned to each energy centre(chakra), I will work with a traditional method I learnt in the mountains of Nepal.
Using the vibrations and sounds of the bowls allowing the whole body to surrender to a rest and digest state. I will place to bowls on and around your body.
Also I will infuse some reiki into this treatment and some extra magic.

HURRICANE AGATHA APPEAL

BEAUTIFUL SOULS WE NEED YOU!

Just over a week ago the Oaxaca region was hit by Hurricane Agatha, the worst Hurricane in around 30 years.
Truly the scariest thing we have ever sat through…

We had spent 6 weeks in the jungle working on a beautiful project, but they have been hit really bad. The project really needs support as they have lost everything, their homes, their annual coffee harvest, electricity, water, tools etc.

We have set up a fundraising page so we can start collecting funds for them.
Right now many are without roofs on their homes :(
