Our annual Halloween Quiz Night is back and if you’ve been before, you’ll know this is definitely NOT your standard pub quiz.

Rooms for Hire
Therapy, holistic treatment, physio, sports massage Westcliff-on-Sea

We have a small number of rooms available at Lift & Empower for counsellors, therapists and wellbeing practitioners.

We’re looking for people who value professionalism, consistency, kindness and community.

Room hire:
• £260/month — one regular day per week
• Hourly hire also available — minimum 3 consecutive hours

New to establishing your practice?
We offer a 2-month settling-in period for new practitioners, with a little extra support from us while you get established and build your client base.

You’ll be working from a calm, welcoming community space alongside other practitioners and wellbeing professionals.
