Tomorrow 24/11/2021 the workshop will be based around how to set up your own very business and what steps you need to covert that idea into a business and where to get helps and funds. It is also an amazing opportunity to network with other people and discuss your future businesses. We looking forward to see you all there!

The constantly evolving landscape of new players, supplier and buyer pressures should always be on the radar of the C-suite. But besides the fierce battles of corporates, competition also has many advantages as it is a healthy driving force of innovation. You have probably seen numerous examples of the public sector's agility compared to the public sector (self-driving cars, revolutionary medicine, reusable rockets, etc.)

Similar to natural selection, isn't it, but is there a way to determine which side of the equation will a business end up? Awareness, motivation, and capability - three factors that influence a company's approach to a competitive threat. In the next workshop, we'll advise a manufacturer on how to respond to pricing pressures and a new market entrant.
