Wow. Just found a massive bug on a mac. The desktop picture was being copied to some random hidden folder over and over again. At 10mb per picture this ate into the free disk space causing big problems. Also, on the same mac, I found over 60gb worth of mail log files!! Turn off that “log connections” option!

Replaced a long dead Hard Drive in a 2009 iMac, installed a new macOS and boosted the Memory to 12GB. I do like reviving an old iMac. Customer very happy.

I helped a long term Word user learn how to use Pages on her Mac, saving her a lot of time and money by not installing MS Office. She has now helped set up a web site with a friend all about Hythe and the Waterside; take a look http://www.lovehytheandwaterside.co.uk/
