The pre school is now closed for the summer.

The staffing team would like to thank all of the children, parents and families for their support and overwhelming generosity with their cards and gifts. We look forward to seeing our returning children in September. We also would like to wish all the fun and laughter to our school leavers heading to “big school”. Have the best summer to you all 😁

Southampton Play Day returns to Hoglands Park on Friday 24 July 2026, 11am–3pm and is a FREE family event packed with activities, sports, arts and crafts, face painting, bouncy castles and much more.

We have kindly had a donation of some trainers various sizes from a parent, they will be out the front of the pre school today at pick up time, please take them if you would like/need them.

Red weather warning:

A few parents have asked about our upcoming plans around the extreme heat.
We will follow advice from the early years team, Southampton City Council and also the main school.

We will update when/ if needed. ☀️🌞

Hot weather: (Afternoon children).

We will be doing lots of water play/ water pistols/ water fights and so on. It would be greatly appreciated if your child could bring a named towel, swimming wear, croc type shoes/swimming shoes (we have spares crocs if you don’t have any) and plenty of spare clothes as we will be getting very wet to keep cool. A name sunhat and suncream also please.
Please note: we don’t have any spare towels or clothing, so if your child wants to participate in this- it will be needed on their days they attend.

(Morning children water play will be available as usual).
