We've updated our neurodivergent screening tools - and we think you'll notice the difference.

More insightful results. Clearer next steps. And still only a few minutes to complete.

With over 200,000 people currently waiting for an NHS diagnosis - some for up to three years - we know how important it is to have a clear, accessible starting point. Our updated screeners cover dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism, and are built around research developed with specialist assessors.

When you complete a screener, your results are broken down into categories - things like executive functioning and sensory processing - so you get a score on each area, not just an overall result. It's about helping you understand how your brain works.

A screener isn't a diagnosis - but it can be the moment things start to make sense.

Mental Health Awareness Week is for everyone - no matter where you are right now.

Whether you have answers or are still looking for them, whether you're supporting someone else or figuring out your own next step - you belong in this conversation.

Every part of the journey counts. 💙

This Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme is Take Action. For us, that starts with taking the data seriously - because the people behind it deserve to be too.

If you've ever questioned your own experience, wondered if you're "too much", or been told it's probably nothing - this one's for you.

Strategy coaching is still new to a lot of people. So instead of explaining what it is, here's what people say after it.

Less overwhelm. Clearer thinking. Being able to respond instead of react. Having the words for what you need.

Not because things get easier overnight - but because you have strategies that actually work for how your brain works.

Small, consistent changes. Real day-to-day difference.

If things feel harder than they should, there's usually a reason. And there are usually ways to make it more manageable.

Reach out to us.

Screening should give you clarity. Not more questions.

We've been reworking our neurodivergent screening tools from the ground up. Clearer language, more practical guidance, and a cleaner path to what comes next.

For parents, individuals, and professionals who've ever thought 'I don't know where to start' - this is that start.

Coming very soon.

If you’re heading to one of the National Neurodiversity Shows in Cardiff, Wigan or Coventry, it can help to go in with a bit of direction.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• You don’t need to have a clear plan before you go.
A lot of people think they need to know exactly what support they need. Most don’t. That’s completely normal.

• Go in with one question (though lots of questions are fine too!)
Something simple like “Why do I feel completely overwhelmed by things other people manage fine?” or “what might actually help day to day?” is enough. You don’t need to figure everything out in one visit.

• Take your time
You don’t have to speak to every stand. It’s better to have one or two useful conversations than leave with a bag full of leaflets you won’t look at again.

• It’s okay if it feels emotional or confusing
These conversations can bring things up. You’re not the only one feeling that way.

• Think about what’s actually not working right now
Work, learning, focus, confidence, day-to-day overwhelm. That’s usually a better starting point than trying to label everything.

These shows are for anyone who knows something isn’t quite working as it should, whether that’s for you, your child, or someone you support.

You don’t need a diagnosis, or to have it all worked out. If you’re attending, come and find us. We’ll help you talk it through and figure out what might actually make a difference.

The coaching world is saturated. Most of it wasn’t built for neurodivergent people.

Generic advice. Systems that don’t stick.

It’s about understanding how your brain works, building strategies that actually fit, and finding ways of working that feel sustainable - not forced.

You don’t have to manage alone. We’re in our DMs to discuss support options 📩

A lot of people come to us knowing they need support, but not knowing what kind.

Coaching, counselling and tutoring all help in different ways.

👉Coaching helps you move forward.
It’s practical, structured, and focused on getting started.

👉 Counselling gives you space to talk things through.
It helps you understand what’s been building up.

👉Tutoring focuses on learning.
It’s about keeping up, catching up, and building confidence in a subject.

It’s not always obvious which one is right, and that can change over time.

If you’re unsure, that’s usually the starting point. For help figuring out what support is right for you, we can talk it through ~ send us a DM 📨
