📚 Stepping Stones Learning – Limited Spaces Available

Things are starting to fill up at Stepping Stones, but I still have a few spaces available for Maths and English tuition.

I offer friendly, supportive tuition tailored to the individual child — whether they need to build confidence, fill gaps in their learning, prepare for exams or simply need things explained in a way that works for them.

🏡 1:1 tuition – £35 per hour
I’m happy to travel to your home locally.

👥 Small group tuition – £15 per child per hour
Groups are kept genuinely small at just 3–4 pupils, so everyone still gets plenty of individual support.

I can support children and young people across KS2, KS3 and GCSE, including Year 6 SATs preparation, in both Maths and English.

I’m an experienced qualified teacher with a background in SEND, inclusion and school leadership, so I’m particularly happy to work with children who may lack confidence, have gaps in their learning or benefit from a more individual approach.

Great group session this evening! Relaxed yet productive!

Spent some time today getting organised for my tutoring groups.

New whiteboards, calculators, revision guides, stationery and plenty of resources ready to support students with their GCSE Maths journey.

I’ve also been learning some new approaches and techniques to help explain concepts in different ways – one of the things I love about teaching is that you’re always learning too!

It’s exciting to see this growing, and I’m already looking forward to working with more students over the coming months.

Whether a student needs help building confidence, filling gaps in knowledge, or pushing for higher grades, my aim is always the same: make maths feel achievable.

With over 20 years’ experience in education, including leadership and specialist SEND experience, I offer supportive, personalised tuition designed to build confidence as well as academic skills.

I can support learners with:

👤 1:1 Tuition – £30 per hour

👥 Small Group Tuition (maximum 3 pupils) – £45 per session (£15 per child)

Small group sessions allow children to learn alongside others while still receiving personalised support.
