An open mic with a difference in a beautiful space at The Word in South Shields.

Maybe you don’t like pubs, or noise. Maybe you don’t drink, or maybe you just fancy a change of scenery and a chance to perform, partake in or watch some live music somewhere a bit different on a Sunday afternoon in South Shields!

PA provided, and my piano will be there if anyone (nice) wants to use it. Bring your own guitars etc. Backing tracks are fine as long as you email them to me in advance, or alternatively I’m happy to accompany singers on piano! 🎶🎹 no full bands - it is a library after all 😂

❕Please note - those of School Age must have a Child Performance License in order to perform.

A little OOO update... 🖤

The start of 2026 has been incredible, but it’s time for Jordan and I to eventually head off on our honeymoon!

I’ll be taking some time away from the studio to reset. My return to work will be in two stages:

1. From May 4th: I’ll be back, but focusing on specific composing and performing projects (limited communication).
2. From May 20th: I’ll be back in the studio for all voice and piano coaching, and will be opening up my July books on the website.
