The amazing multi award winning production War Horse returns to the National Theatre.
Based on Michael Morpurgo’s beloved novel, War Horse is a timeless story of love, courage and friendship, brought to life by astonishing life-sized horses from Handspring Puppet Company together with a stirring musical score.

Join Move on Sunday 26 July in Hyde Park for Race for Life (5k or 10k). This is a fantastic opportunity to get active, connect with others at Imperial, and contribute to an important cause. Last year, more than 300 Imperial participants took part, raising over £15,000 for Cancer Research UK. Watch the highlights video from last year.

The cost of the package to do the Race for Life with Move is £20. This fee will cover your entry fee and contribute to the additional services provided.

As part of the package, you will have access to the following:

Run Club at South Kensington and White City leading up to the event (optional)

Branded running t-shirt to wear on the day

Joint fundraising page for everyone across Imperial

Support on the day of the event including meeting at Ethos before the event and a tail-walker to ensure no one is left behind

Whether you’re an undergraduate or a postgraduate, our guided activity sessions for speaking can help you achieve success on your academic journey and beyond. Sessions are designed to give you the space and opportunity to prepare and rehearse for both everyday and high-stakes activities here at Imperial. Each session includes input tailored to academic STEMM settings and structured practice opportunities. There will be expert feedback and peer review to help you hone your skills.
The live, 50-minute, interactive sessions are held at different times and on different days throughout term, so you can access what you need, when you need it. We offer both on-campus and online options. You can do as many as you like.

You may have heard that there are going to be elections in many parts of the UK on 7 May 2026. Some international students are entitled to register to vote, so the UKCISA website details some key information for you:

For all US students, the US has important midterm elections in 2026, but many students are not familiar with the process of voting from outside the country. The website votefromabroad.org makes it easy. It guides them through the process of filling out and sending in the one-page registration/ballot request federal form. Students can choose to receive their ballots by email, which arrive 45 days before the elections. There are FAQs, a help desk and state specific rules for each step.
