Thank you 2025 for all the joy, the challenges and the love that you gave me- it’s been one hell of a year and at times I’ve had to dig really deep but I feel so many lessons have been learned, so many challenges overcome, so much happiness embraced so as I say goodbye to 2025 I do so with huge amounts of gratitude and appreciation- I’ve been truly blessed. Merry Christmas to you all, I wish you a peaceful and relaxing Christmas and a happy and healthy new year ♥️

Absolutely..

Real support isn’t always loud on social media — sometimes it shows up in rooms you’re not even in yet. It’s the woman who speaks your name when opportunity is in the air. The one who celebrates you without jealousy, prays for you without competition, and believes in your future even when you’re still building it.

These are the women who don’t just clap when you win — they help create the win. They share doors, not just advice. They protect your name, not just your presence. And being surrounded by that kind of energy changes everything about how boldly you move.

So choose your circle with intention. Your environment will either stretch your wings or clip them. Choose the women who water you, not the ones who drain you. Because when women truly support women, everyone rises higher. 💫

When I say financial wellbeing, for me that looks like peace of mind around finances, not having to worry about what would happen if I couldn’t earn for a period of time, it means not being kept up at night stressing about how a bill will be paid or whether I can afford to pay the mortgage, it means knowing that when I get to retirement age that I can not only afford to survive but actually enjoy my later years. Our financial health and wellbeing are central to our ability to navigate the life we desire and deserve, we need to have clarity and control over our financial landscape and be prepared to prioritise future planning needs if we are to have the peace of mind and reassurance that we and our families will be provided for . Without this foresight we can leave ourselves exposed which can have a huge impact on the quality of our lives and how we experience them. Getting professional support and advice is key to the getting that roadmap in place

Hello to all the wonderful and supportive people that follow me , I really appreciate the unwavering support you given me over the years.
As many of you know I have spent the last 9 months studying and taking exams to become qualified to give financial advice - it’s been intense but I’ve enjoyed the process and I’m very proud to say I’m now ready to launch and introduce to my new business “Vincent Wealth” ♥️ I’ve spent almost a decade supporting clients through the process of relationship breakdown and divorce and it’s been a huge privilege to be that person for someone else I wish I’d have known when I got divorced back in 2004. It’s been and always will be my greatest passion and purpose to support and empower other people to live the very best life they can, the life they desire and deserve and that will continue on into this new chapter.
So my journey has brought me here to a place where I’m now going to be helping clients to achieve those life goals through holistic and considered financial planning, demystifying financial jargon, bringing clarity and calm to what can be an overwhelming subject and supporting clients as they start to put plans into action. After 8 long months of studying, training and taking exams as part of the , I’m really excited to be getting ready to launch my very own female focused wealth management practice in September where I will be focusing my time and energy working alongside women of all ages to offer support, clarity and encouragement so that they feel confident in making informed decisions about their financial wellbeing and futures. This clarity and confidence is what enables individuals to achieve their goals and manifest their dreams. I am so passionate about supporting and empowering women and cannot wait to start building this business to be able to that. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been given this opportunity by the selection team at St James’s Place , it’s been beyond amazing. I will keep you posted but needless to say I’m super excited and am very much looking forward to introducing you formally to my practice in the weeks to come.

This week I will hopefully be celebrating my 50th birthday with my family and friends, I say hopefully because one thing I have learn’t is that life can be unpredictable and intensely fragile.
I can’t really believe how fast the last ten years have flown by but I am unbelievably grateful to be here to celebrate this milestone birthday, getting older really is a privilege not afforded to all. So I start a new decade on Saturday with hope, faith, excitement, enthusiasm and most importantly gratitude, oh and a fair few glasses of Rose !!!
I go into this new decade with a huge opportunity and challenge slap bang in front of me and that is completing my training to go forward later on this summer in setting up my very own wealth management practice at St James’s Place, so that’s all exciting stuff- life really can begin at 50 📚
