Make tasty stock!😋It was my husband that started this in our household and we love the surprises that sometimes come with it. It’s so worth it. Clean well, collect and freeze the veggie and herb cuttings that don’t go in your meal. The earthy and gritty bits goes in the food bin. Everything else; peels and seeds like ends of onions, celeriac, peppers, you name it, even bits of chillies (if you like a surprising kick🔥) goes in the bag for freezing. You can add bones to it if you eat meat. Wait until you have collected a generous amount of cuttings, add it to a large saucepan, cover it with water until about 2-3 inches above the veg. Add a bayleaf, tsp of salt and tsp of peppercorns. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer for 45 min. Wait for it to cool, then drain, use or freeze. We usually freeze them in 500ml containers. It’s great to use as base stock for sauces, stews and soups and also perfect to cook rice, quinoa .. you name it. Extra tasty and you don’t waste the nutrients of all those cuttings🤗 Win Win✨

Starting out on your yoga journey or feel like a refresher? ✨Here is a 9 min tutorial to help you find your cobra pose and how to get into it in a flow. Amazing back strengthener and alternative to upward facing dog. Great one to understand and practice as it strengthens the muscles in the back to stop that rounding of your back when hunching over the computer or anything else you might bow to💡✨. Moving into it can be tricky to understand and I hope this will help you a little on your way. Includes a short warm up!😊

if you all day

Almost here✨ If you want to join, message me and I will send links💛 You can have your yoga practice ticked off, feel great and be ready for your day before 9am. I suggest not eating within 1 h before and if you need to have something, grab a banana and a few sips of tea or coffee at least 30 min before. Jump into something comfy. Your top should sit on your body or be able to tuck into stretchy pants. I would love to wake up with you💛

Hi Yogis✨

I hope you are having a great start to your week. It is only two days until Morning Glow Flow this Wednesday 1st of July 8-9am and I would absolutely love to see you. Check the Event on this page if you haven't already.

🔶Please send me a message with your email, or email to [email protected] and I will start to send out your links.

🔶 I will send all links up until 9pm (UK time/ 22:00 Europe time) the day before so please make sure you have received it by then. I usually flag my upcoming classes in my mailbox, so they are easy to find. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder and if you still can’t see it, email [email protected]. Please note that once the class has started, I can’t send any links. We can then add you to another class instead.

🔶If there are anything you would like to make me aware of, injuries, pregnancy or other this is a good time to do that so I can give you advice on how to work with it for our class.

🔶 Yoga props are really helpful to have and you can substitute a yoga strap for a bathrobe belt, normal belt, tea towel or even vest top. The yoga blocks can be substituted with cans of food, movie box sets, thick book or food storage boxes. A folded up towel or blanket can help support knees.
