Give yourself small term goals, hit them daily, weekly and monthly. Make no excuses, donโt lie to yourself, donโt give yourself un needed rewards but most importantly donโt give up. This sh*t ainโt easy.

Without my first and current coach I would be still 70kg lean, and I canโt thank them both enough for their knowledge and client care getting me to this position ๐
I thought I knew everything there was to know about bodybuilding, why would I need to pay somebody else, it seemed ridiculous.
How wrong I wasโฆ if you want to reach the next level and be in a position you never thought youโd be, then invest in a coach who is knowledge, caring but more importantly has shown themselves they can get extremely lean but also bulk up and add tissue extremely effectively.

Incredible effort from Matt.
103kg > 90kg in 12 weeks ๐ค
And.. weโre not stopping here, Matt is going to continue coaching, giving him this week to recover and then weโre going to attack this deficit again hoping to get to 85kg or less.

12 week transformation winner is Neil Aelberry. 14kg down in 12 weeks.
Throughout the 12 weeks, Neil was consistent and extremely dedicated to his goal, and that showed with weekly progress.
Dieting for 12 weeks is not easy, and he will tell you that, he has his ups and downs but remained mentally strong and that is key.
I will be getting a video with Neil this week to chat about how he managed to cope and to talk about the challenges he had, and of course to give him his price money ๐ฐ
