I’m all for natural beauty… but let’s be honest! 😉🍑

When did ageing naturally become a competition? And why are women judging other women for choosing a little help along the way?

After many years working in medical aesthetics, I can often recognise a little Botox, filler or surgery.

Yet apparently, everyone’s youthful appearance is down to good genes, drinking water and eight hours of sleep! 😂

Personally, I’ve absolutely no intention of surrendering every wrinkle, sag or gravitational disaster without putting up a fight!

Good aesthetics should enhance what you already have. The goal is to look like a fresh peach, not an overfilled, overripe fruit! 🍑

And those men who insist they only like “natural women”? Funny how often they’re admiring beautifully groomed women without realising what goes into that natural appearance!

And if we’re being completely natural, shall we stop colouring our hair, shaping eyebrows, having manicures, wearing lashes and removing body hair too? 😂

As for me? Hair colour, beauty treatments, aesthetic procedures… absolutely!

Am I completely natural? NO!
Am I ashamed? NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY! 💋

I’m all for natural beauty, but even more for natural intelligence, kindness and respecting other women’s choices.

Because an ugly attitude is much harder to disguise than a wrinkle! 😉

Age your way. Just respect someone else’s choice.
