✨ OTTERY’S FIRST DEDICATED REFORMER PILATES STUDIO IS COMING!✨

We’re so excited to be opening Revive Ottery in the heart of the town!

Our beautiful new studio will have just six reformers, allowing our expert instructors to offer plenty of personal attention and support. Alongside Reformer Pilates, we’ll also be offering Mat Pilates, yoga, pre- and postnatal classes, and a range of special wellness events.

To celebrate our launch, we’re offering:

Summer is wonderful... but it’s also the time when routines disappear, holidays take over and suddenly it’s September before you know it.

At Revive, I truly believe that consistency is where the magic happens. Even one class a week can make such a difference to your strength, mobility, posture and how you feel.

A little update to our cancellation policy 💛

Hi Revive family,

I just wanted to let you all know about a small change to our cancellation policy.

From 1st August, our cancellation window will change from 6 hours to 12 hours.

This isn’t a decision I’ve made lightly. As a small independent business, I’ve unfortunately seen a growing number of last-minute cancellations, and it’s now starting to have a real impact on the studio. My priority is keeping Revive thriving while also being able to pay my wonderful instructors a fair wage and continue providing the high-quality classes you all love.

Many of you will know that I’ve always tried to be as flexible as possible. If someone has had an emergency or exceptional circumstance, and I’ve been able to fill the space, I’ve often refunded credits because I genuinely want to help where I can. I will always extend packages so they don’t expire, and do what I can do have you all back to the studio! Your custom means so much to me.

However, as the studio grows, I also need to make decisions that are fair for everyone. Last-minute cancellations often mean someone on the waiting list misses out, and empty reformers have a significant impact on a small business. Extending the cancellation window to 12 hours will give those on the waiting list a much better opportunity to book a space and help keep classes running sustainably.

I also want to say a huge thank you to those of you who are so flexible when I occasionally need to make small timetable changes or ask if you’d be happy to swap classes. Your kindness and understanding really do make a difference and help keep the studio financially viable. I never take that support for granted, and I’m incredibly grateful.
