Our student 🌟HOLLY 🌟completing her one day classic and volume fast track with us today 🤩 she had never even picked up a pair of tweezers before today and has had her business socials set up and running 2 months prior to the course taking bookings and now has limited February appointments BEFORE she’s even completed her course ….like HELLO?! talk about determination and preparation…THIS is what we like to see 😍👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 go holly!!!

Application 🤌🏽👌🏾🤤 Dear newly trained lash artists, ensuring perfect application on EVERY single one of your clients previous lashes is a very hard skill to master that takes time ….but I beg of you, please MASTER IT 😩🔥

It’s very easy to produce sloppy and lazy work:
- Split bases
- placing the lashes too far up or down the NL
- Too heavily thickness of a base
- Not enough glue/TOO much glue
- Allowing stickies
- Not aligned with the NL direction
…. I could go on 😭

If you are still doing ANY of the above after 1 year into your lashing career you are NOT practicing or taking it seriously enough - end of.

Don’t get me wrong ALL of the above is something that I guarantee EVERY lash artist has gone though …it is unfortunately just the process for a beginner BUT it is nobody else’s job other than your own to correct and master all of these intricate little details to produce the highest standard of lashing for your client and ultimately your business.

Good training and guidance is key of course but Nobody and I mean nobody can build this skill within your own hands other than yourself - it’s take HOURS of practice.
