Top night for the Unit One MMA going 2/2 at Octagon wars last night.
Some great finishes with some close decision losses in fights we were massive underdogs, nothing but proud of these lads.

Everyone who helped put on the show, every fighter who competed regardless of gym, and every single one of my lads who are always the loudest and best behaved in the room - thank you for a great night.

Take a day of rest, back to it Monday you lazy gets.

4 years ago this lad joined the Unit One MMA as a 14 year old, after experiencing a devastating personal loss and dealing with his own mental struggles.

To see him go from a quiet, shy boy, and grow into one of the leaders of the gym has been a privilege to see.

I do wish he wouldn't put on 20 kg after every fight 👀👀 but he's a top lad and we hope he continues the way he started.
