At Unit One MMA we're always fighting against the tide to improve the gym anyway we can.

We asked the lads what the gym needs and they replied "competent coaches"

I said we can't do that.

They asked for a sauna, I said yes, then immediately said no once I realised how much they cost.

So we improvised πŸ˜ƒ

Unit one now has its very own sauna room.

I may have to drop back down to bantamweight for old time's sake πŸ‘€

Top night for the Unit One MMA going 2/2 at Octagon wars last night.
Some great finishes with some close decision losses in fights we were massive underdogs, nothing but proud of these lads.

Everyone who helped put on the show, every fighter who competed regardless of gym, and every single one of my lads who are always the loudest and best behaved in the room - thank you for a great night.

Take a day of rest, back to it Monday you lazy gets.
