This is Cecile’s franchise, but I wanted to share this picture of her husband because Adam is very much part of it.

He came to her training day, he was there in her mapping meetings, and you will often find him out at local events helping her with the leafleting and talking to parents.

And this is something I see time and time again.

When you leave teaching, especially when you’ve been unhappy for a while, one of the first things you get back is time. Time with your family, time in your evenings, time where you are not constantly thinking about school.

And then something shifts.

What starts as your business very naturally becomes something that includes the people around you.

We have spouses helping at events, children coming along to sessions, families who are part of the journey from the very beginning.

There is something really special about building a business that fits around your life rather than taking you away from it.

Cecile may have started this, but it is very clearly something they are building together.
