If you’re in the thick of perimenopause or menopause, exercise can feel like the last thing you want to do 🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️

Low energy. Achy joints. Poor sleep. Feeling like your body isn’t responding the way it used to 🫶🏼

The good news? You don’t need to jump straight into intense workouts.

Start where you are. A short walk. A gentle strength session. Ten minutes of movement. Consistency will always beat perfection 🧘🏼‍♀️

Your body is going through a huge transition, so give yourself some grace. The goal isn’t to punish your body—it’s to support it.

Small steps really do add up. 💛

If you’re struggling to know where to start, send me a message and I’ll help you find a way of moving that feels good for you 💌
