Through this collaboration, we will be working together to make ,one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, accessible to everyone, particularly those who may not usually have the chance to take part in new sporting experiences.

Together with we will:

* Introduce young people to new sports
* Provide affordable and inclusive opportunities for our community
* Deliver engaging sessions for all including only sessions

This partnership is not just about sport, it is about opening doors and giving our opportunities they will carry with them for life.

We would like to thank for their trust, support, and shared commitment to making a real difference in our community.

For over 3 years, has proudly delivered sessions , opening the doors of a world-class facility to families and young people who may never have otherwise stepped onto the ice.

On average, 90 members attend every single session with children and families from across our community creating memories that will last a lifetime.

For many of our members ice skating felt expensive, unfamiliar and out of reach.

We believe that every child deserves the chance to experience new activities to help build confidence and character.

Through these sessions, we have seen:
Children overcoming fear and trying something new
Young people building confidence and resilience
Families spending quality time together in a safe, positive environment
Friendships forming across cultures and communities
Improved physical health, wellbeing, and social skills

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the team at for their continued support, partnership, and warm welcome to DESA over the past 3 years.
Your commitment to our community has helped make these opportunities possible, and together we are creating experiences that truly change lives.

One of the most important, meaningful, and special initiatives has had the privilege of starting is the DESA Female Social Club at .s9

Many of the ladies who attend suffer from social anxiety, depression, loneliness, and low confidence.
Some had not left their homes for social activities in years. They felt isolated and disconnected.

That is why these sessions are so important.

Today, we welcome an average of 15 ladies attending every single week — laughing together, supporting one another, and slowly rebuilding their confidence.

Through activities like gentle exercise, creative sessions, wellbeing workshops, and simple social connection, these women are improving their mental and physical health, making friends, and feeling part of a community again.

We believe it is our duty to create safe, welcoming spaces for our mothers, sisters, aunties, and grandmothers.
Spaces where they can look after their wellbeing and develop a true sense of purpose and belonging.

This is not just another DESA session.
For many, it is a lifeline.

We would also like to take this golden opportunity to highlight that our partnership with .s9 is so much more than just a space for it is a true representation of a thriving community hub for all.
