The Sheffield Tamil Society is a place where Tamils from all around the globe can interact to celebrate Tamil culture.It is a diverse society that provides students the chance to learn more about the culture or just get involved in a variety of events and meet new people. Over the years we have hosted several events such as potlucks, sports sessions, board game nights, club nights and balls which have all received a lot of appreciation from students at university. We also take part in the annual International Cultural Evening where we compete with other societies while showcasing and celebrating our culture through dance. We welcome you to be a part of our society to enjoy university life to the fullest!
