These taste a lil dull after a week of having some chocolate raisins in there too...
Makes you realise that your body gets used to what you tell it to
Only been doing this for one week and I can actually tell that my body fat has gone up a touch!
From one frikkkn week of having slightly higher sugar intake on the first meal of the day
Your body can be manipulated if you know what to do with it
Low sugar early on and try your best to keep it that way
Especially pastry and chocolate or sugary drinks!!
You'll lose fat with no exercise at all 🙏✌️🌈💜

Going to be a very strange story one day
The corona times...
Grandpa tell me again about how the world stood still and waited for this to blow over...
Nobody in the streets
Roads completely empty
Businesses closed
Jobs lost
The economy
People getting ill and worse 😔
Very strange times we have lived through
Grateful for what we have left and the lessons we hopefully are learning 🙏
Still not used to vehicles being around do much...
Don't like the smell (pollution) can't believe I was used to it before it went quiet 😂😬🙈

Gratitude
You will be surprised what you allow yourself to get used to..
Negative energy
Bad nutrition

I agree with this to an extent...
Milk shouldn't be drunk from another species in my opinion,, were not designed to process it at all... I mean we don't drink cat or dog milk? 🤔🤣
The meat on the other hand.. well we have sharp teeth that can chew through any amount of meat and we use fire to help with the safety and breakdown of the nutrients
We are what we eat & absorb and for me eating meat is a good voice as we are made from meat ✌️
I do think we should choose our sources for foods as carefully as possible
As for being vegan... I enjoy animal products too much right now but I can see myself exploring it one day to see how I feel on it
For now though I like steak too much 😂😋

Meditation today was a very bouncy trip
My mind had other things it seems but I was able to balance myself out and most importantly,, not judge myself for having these thoughts
When you meditate I believe you start to feel like you take more ownership of what goes through your mind & how you then perceive those thoughts
Being able to direct your focus and will to the things you know are important right now will allow you to reach your goals a little faster than day dreaming and being bounced around by what the day throws at you
Also your emotions are less balanced so you make better decisions and your mood I find is generally more balanced/ lifter overall 💙😇
Some self love is being grown inside too, I feel it more and more as time goes on and with it I feel my confidence building too
And not the pretending s**t that used to be here I mean the real 'I know what I want' type stuff is bubbling away in there
Good things are coming ✌️🙏

On a roll now, it's easy to quit when you think you're making progress in an area as you no longer are in any pain or danger
That the time when discipline comes in

Tick tock it's yoga o'clock
Feeling protected my my yoga mat but it still allows me to feel the hard ground underneath
There's no false sense of security, it provides a layer of protection not complete isolation
For me thats what yoga provides
A way to deal with things better, more balanced and with an open mind rather than a reaction based on emotions
