Sometimes it is hard to be our true selves every single day, it takes strength, and bravery and courage to not care about what others think. It can be hard to make decisions based on our own intuition even if it means someone may not like it. But you owe it to yourself to be uniquely you. You were put on this earth for a reason dear one, the universe needs you, perfectly imperfect, unapologetically you.

Gratitude, such a simple practice but such a game changer. I love it for 3 reasons: 1) when we practice daily gratitude and appreciate the positive things in life, we change our vibrational energy to a higher frequency. Law of attraction states that like attracts light so I'd we we vibrating at a frequency of love, success, confidence then that is what we will get returning to us!
2) you grow through what you go through. We all have tough times in life but if we can learn to forgive and let go of painful experiences, emotions and beliefs then we become softer and lighter we can turn our wounds into wisdom and create a life we desire.
3) it's a great form of mindfulness and is great for mental health. It is so easy to focus on the negative especially at the moment we watch the news and we worry. We focus on pain, destruction, we ruminate and hold negative emotions about the last such as shame and guilt and we worry about the future and what's to come. When we practice gratitude we look around us and we see beauty, art, hope and magic in this present moment what you are experiencing right now. What are you grateful for today?

My darling look how far you have come come so far, journeyed through storms and travelled over mountains. Have you ever stopped and thanked you body, soul and you mind for getting you through? Have you ever reflected back on how far you have come. There may be some way to go but be gracious towards yourself, you are doing amazing! Stop punishing yourself and celebrate yourself 🌻☀️
