I can get quite complacent at times... If my mental health is good then I usually take massive action when I dump a huge amount of pressure on myself... So it looks like I've got a busy few months ahead!

4 - Online PT sessions - held on Discord, Zoom or Teams we'll both be on video and we'll do personal training remotely, all you need is a good internet connection and we work with whatever kit you have... We can still get a solid session in without any equipment.

FULL BODY VS SIT ROUTINES

Which should you do?

Which is better?

Well that depends on you. And where you are right now. How much time you have, how many days a week you'll be training, and how much workout volume you can handle per body part also dictates what is the best workout for you at this moment in time

I would suggest full body workouts if:

You're short on time (it's easier to superset non competing muscle groups with full body workouts)
Not training to failure
Deconditioned and want to get back into the gym
Having a day of rest in between gym sessions

I would suggest split routines if:

You're training 3+ times a week
You train more than 1 day in a row
You're an intermediate or advanced gym goer
You can handle more volume per body part without your muscle fatiguing too quickly in the session.

What if you want to do full body & a split routine?

Maybe you work shifts and sometimes you want to do a full body workout one day and other days you'd like a split routine...
