🇫🇷 Keep your French up with my friendly conversation classes!

Are you looking for a relaxed and enjoyable way to practise your French? My conversation classes are the perfect way to build confidence and keep your French alive.

Join me on alternate Thursdays at The Florentine (S10) for friendly, engaging discussions in a welcoming small group setting.

🗣️ Advanced French – 10.30am
🗣️ Intermediate French – 11.45am

✨ Pay-as-you-go classes – no need to commit to a full term - £16 per class, includes a drink.

📅 Classes restart on Thursday 24 September 2026.

Come along to meet like-minded people, improve your fluency, and enjoy speaking French in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere.

Do you love French and literature? Join my French Book Club!

Are you a fluent French speaker? Self-taught? Studied French at A Level or university? Or perhaps you've missed speaking French and would love the chance to rediscover it through literature?

Come and join my French Book Club, meeting every other week at the Florentine (S10).

Each session or block of sessions centres around a French book, which you'll read before we meet, in manageable chunks. Together we discuss the themes, language and ideas in a relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

☕ £16 per session, including a drink from The Florentine's lovely menu, where classes take place.

The club is open to anyone with an intermediate or advanced level of French who enjoys reading and conversation.

📖 Our first book for Autumn 2026 will be La Place by Annie Ernaux.

📅 Restarting Thursday 1 October 2026, from 10.30am to 11.30am.

🎉 This week, Bonbon celebrated 3 years of Under 5 classes with me! 🇫🇷💙 It has been a really emotional week.

From September, I will be starting a new role teaching French in a local primary school. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for me to do what I have been loving for the last 3 years.

Sadly, this means that I need to reduce my current teaching with Jolie Ronde

After a great deal of thought, I have made the very difficult decision to put my Under 5s classes on hold for the time being. 💔 These classes have been such a joyful part of my week, but they also require the most preparation and work behind the scenes.

This has not been an easy decision. I am going to miss the singing 🎵, the stories 📚, the crazy crafts ✂️, the smiles 😊, the laughter 😂, the giggles under the parachute 🌈, and watching your little ones grow in confidence week after week .

It has been such a privilege to be part of those early learning experiences, and I am incredibly grateful that you have trusted me with them. ❤️

I want to thank every family who has joined my classes over the last 3 years. Teaching your children has brought me so much happiness, and I will treasure the memories we've made together. 🥰

🇫🇷✨ New Half-Term of Fun French for Under 5s! ✨🇫🇷

I am excited to welcome little learners to a brand new half-term of French classes for under 5s, starting the week commencing 23rd February!

No prior knowledge of French needed at all – just curiosity and a love of fun! 🎈
And don’t be surprised if grown-ups pick up a few French words along the way too…

Each 45-minute class is packed with:
📚 Stories
🎵 Songs
🎲 Games
🎨 Crafts
…and lots of playful language learning!

💷 Cost: £37.50 for a half-term of 5 classes

Three friendly Sheffield locations:
📍 Mondays, 2pm – Crookes Social Club
📍 Wednesdays, 2pm – Sharrow Community Forum
📍 Thursdays, 9:30am – Banner Cross Methodist Church

Perfect for ages under 5, with parents or carers staying to join the fun.
