- كيف انظم وقتي لتعليم اطفالي العربية مع بقية أشغالي؟
يضن معظم الناس انه مشغول و بسبب التقنية الحديثة و كروبات الواتس اب و مشاهير السوشيال ميديا و الايميلات ، أصبح الشخص مرتبط بجهات كثيرة في جميع انحاء العالم.
هذا سبب ادمان على الهاتف، يخاف الشخص ان تفوته رسالة او مسج او تحديث. ممكن ان الشخص اصبح مدمن على مسك الهاتف و التقليب من موقع الى اخر هاملا بذلك بيته و اولاده بسبب هذه الدوامة
ممكن كسر هذه الدائرة بوضع الهاتف جانبا و تحديد وقت محدد للنظر فيه. طبعا الذي يحتاجك بشدة ممكن ان يتصل بك فلا تقلق.
مثلا من الساعة الرابعة عصرا الى التاسعة و النصف يكون screen free time وقت خالي من الشاشات للأهالي لكي يركز الاهل على تربية الاولاد و تصحيح سلوكهم و اللعب معهم ايضا. و ممكن ان يتضمن هذا الوقت ساعة من الشاشات للأطفال ممكن تحديد انه يجب ان تتضمن الساعة كارتون باللغة العربية او لعبة تعليم اللغة العربية نمنم او قصة من السيرة النبوية ثم يمكن بعدها للطفل ان يختار اشياء ترفيهية بحتة.
للحد من استعمال الهواتف الذكية في النهار، ممكن ايضا تحديد وقت محدد مثلا خمس دقائق في الصباح و الظهر للرد على رسائل الضرورية.
ايضاً ممكن تحديد هدف للشهر ان يكمل الطفل كذا عدد من الايات او صفحات من كتاب لتساعد الاهل و الطفل على الانسجام و الدراسة
لا تضيع وقتك في السوشيال ميديا و لا تنسى ان الاطفال يتعلمون من الأهل. و لا تنسى ان اطفالك مسوؤلية و الوقت الدي تصرفه معهم ستجني ثماره بإذن الله.
