A huge congratulations to Lily Graham, winner of the Outstanding Achievement Award at our Apprenticeship Celebration Awards 2026!

Lily’s Apprenticeship journey has helped her grow in confidence, develop new skills and gain valuable insight into working within the NHS.

In this video, Lily talks about why she chose an Apprenticeship, what she has learnt from the experience, and the achievement she is most proud of.

Congratulations to Ben Austin, winner of the Leadership, Business and Digital Apprentice of the Year award at our Apprenticeship Celebration Awards 2026!

“I feel I’ve earned this award and I’m buzzing from it. Doing an Apprenticeship has really boosted my confidence. I really love problem solving and enjoy coming into work at the college because of the people I work with.”
