Bradway Community Hall - Monday 1:00-2:00pm - beginning 9th January - 13th February.

Fulwood Old Chapel - Tuesday 1:00-2:00pm - beginning 3rd January - 7th February.

St Mary's Church Walkley St Mary's Walkley - Thursday 9:15-10:15am beginning 5th January - 9th February.

Wadsley Church Hall Wadsley Parish Church - Friday 10:15-11:15am beginning 6th January - 10th February.

Classes are led by a qualified early years teacher and forest school level 3 practitioner.

We have confirmed our first two sites for our nature-based 0-4 classes. £6 per adult and child and just £2 for any extra children when booking in blocks. Classes booked in 6-week blocks costing £36 or individual classes at £7 and £3 for extra children.

Each session will consist of 45 minutes of free play for you and your children and 15 minutes of songs, stories and poems led by a practitioner. We have crafts involving natural materials, a reading space with teddies blankets and cushions, and open-ended wooden toys for your children to develop their imagination skills.

Open-ended toys, nature craft activities, comfy reading spaces, learn makaton signs together, sing nursery rhymes and learn new poems.

We are also partnered with our sister company Vildmark Education to bring you hand-made natural learning resources for your little ones.

Hot drinks and biscuits are served for adults and healthy snacks and juice for your little ones.

This pack contains 26 log slices with each letter of the alphabet per slice, with the lower case on one side and the upper case on the other and your own string so you can hang them in your garden or in your classrooms. They come in a waterproof pouch. They can be use for letter recognition games, simple spelling and stamps.

These are hand-made in Sheffield by myself, my idea for these products came from working in an outdoor education setting. I was making these products for the children in the setting and believed that other children should also gain the benefits that these products can offer. I have used these myself first hand and have seen that the visual aid they provide is helpful when teaching children to count and to gain letter recognition skills.

They are made from natural wooden discs and wooden letters. They are then sealed to make them more weather proof and are dispatched in a waterproof pouch as we know that things get left outdoors when learning is taken outside.

Due to them being made from natural materials no two sets will be the exact same, the log sizes are all different but I do create a matching set as much as possible. On average each log is around 3cm, making them easy for small hands to manoeuvre.

Not suitable for under 3s due to some small parts.
