We Are Fitmums
Fitmums is a friendly postnatal outdoor exercise group in Sevenoaks. Fitmums is an outdoor postnatal buggy fitness class run by Nicki Thompson.
Fitmums offer new mums an opportunity to exercise with a qualified ante/postnatal instructor. The classes are outdoors so gives mum and baby the benefits of fresh air and there is no childcare to worry about. Fitmums offers the new mum the chance to workout at her own pace with no pressure to keep up with others. Classes are a mix of cardiovascular, resistance, core and pelvic floor exercises suit

Before coming to Fitmums class (or starting any training with me), I always ask clients to fill in a detailed pre-screen and have a consultation with them, including a tummy check. Here’s a great article explaining why:
