Outdoor Life Coach, Forest Bathing Guide and TEDx Speaker devoted to sharing the power and importance of Nature connection for wellbeing, personal growth and the collective health of the Natural World. Do you intuitively feel the connection and sense of freedom you experience when you step into wild space and away from the daily demands of life? Would you like to be able to flow more freely in you

r own life and trust in your beautiful unfolding by embracing life's natural ebb and flow moments? Would you like to be able to harness that beautiful calming energy you find in Nature into your every day life? I am a Forest Bathing Guide, Outdoor Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher and I guide people on inspiring journeys with Nature. I work with people who have a love of the outdoors and want to invest time in themselves and their health and wellbeing. On a 1:1 basis, I work with women who want to reconnect with themselves and their true nature and follow a more authentic path of fulfilment. They may have experienced trauma and be living with anxiety, depression, fatigue and loneliness. Or they may be suffering from different levels of stress and feel overwhelmed with the intensity and expectation of life. They feel disconnected from who they are and who they want to be. I offer my clients the opportunity to pause and step away from the fast pace of life. I uniquely walk by their side and guide them out into the calm and grounding environment of Nature and support them on their journey of wellbeing and personal growth. I show my clients how to build a mindful connection with Nature that in turn grows their connection to themselves which can have a life-changing impact.

You know that feeling?

You step outside and somewhere along the way, without really noticing when it happened, you start to come back to yourself.

Your thoughts feel a little less tangled.

The things that felt enormously important half an hour ago soften around the edges.

You notice what you can hear. What you can smell. The feeling of the ground beneath your feet.

And perhaps you remember that underneath all the roles, responsibilities, opinions, expectations and noise...

you are still here.

I don't think Nature gives us all the answers.

I think sometimes it gives us enough space to hear the answers that were already ours.

Maybe that's why so many of us say:

“I just feel more like myself when I'm outside.” 🌿

You know that moment when you realise your diary is full again... but there’s almost nothing in it that is actually for you?

September seems to do that pretty quickly.

So here’s a little reminder that somewhere amongst the work, school runs, appointments, life admin and looking after everyone else, you’re allowed to put something in the diary that asks absolutely nothing of you.

Just a few hours to step outside.

To breathe.

To wander beneath trees, notice the season changing and hear yourself again beneath all the noise.

🍂 My autumn gatherings are now taking shape, from Nurture in Nature in the private woodland at Hever Castle to seasonal walks, retreats and some special collaborations with Emmetts Garden NT Lumora Sam Whitaker

Swipe through to see where you can find me over the next few months. I'll also add these to my stories with links to event pages because I know time is short when youre holding it all.

Perhaps there’s a little patch of slow time in here with your name on it. 🌿

How are your cortisol levels doing today? 🌿

If you’re feeling wired but tired, easily overwhelmed, or struggling to focus… your stress hormone might be running the show.

Here are 5 simple ways to help lower cortisol, even in the middle of a busy workday:

• Step outside and get natural light on your face
• Take 3 slow, deep breaths with a longer exhale
• Go for a 10-minute walk without your phone
• Eat something nourishing and protein-rich
• Pause and notice one beautiful thing in Nature 🌿

Small, consistent shifts make a big difference.
Your nervous system will thank you.

Over the past couple of weeks I've had the privilege of guiding Forest Bathing experiences as part of Olympia Japan Edition programme, introducing people to the beautiful Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku.

Each session begins in the heart of one of London's newest destinations Wolves of Tokyo before we gently leave the pace of the city behind and wander to the beautiful Kyoto Garden in Holland Park. Together we've slowed down, awakened our senses, shared moments of quiet, and remembered what it feels like to simply be.

I've loved watching complete strangers arrive carrying the pace of London with them, only to leave calmer, lighter and seeing the world a little differently.

One of my favourite parts of every session has been gathering together at the end to hear people's reflections. Time and again, I'm reminded that Nature doesn't ask us to become someone different. It simply offers us the space to remember who we already are.

A huge thank you to everyone who has joined me so far. Your openness, curiosity and willingness to slow down have made every session incredibly special.

And thank you to the wonderful team at Olympia London for inviting me to be part of such a unique celebration of Japanese culture. It's been an absolute joy.

Due to the popularity of the sessions, additional date have now been added on the 19th August and 2nd Sept! Whoop!

If you'd like to experience guided Forest Bathing with me as part of Olympia's Japan Edition, search "Olympia" on Eventbrite to find the event.

Perhaps I'll see you there in the garden of tranquillity.

Lovely to be featured in 10 Magazine as part of Olympia’s Japan Edition 🌿

I am at Olympia in London leading Forest Bathing sessions, a chance to slow down, reconnect with nature and experience the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku in the heart of the city.

The Japan Edition brings together Japanese art, food, craft, wellbeing and cultural experiences throughout Olympia, and I am so excited to be a part of it.

Have a read below, and come and join me at Olympia if you can! 🌿

Aptly titled Olympia, the destination, whose bones are a landmark dating back 140 years, is primed to become a hotspot for Londoners looking to ...

So much of the world we move through each day has been decided by humans.

How we measure time.
What we call success.
How we're expected to work.
What productivity looks like.

Even many of the ideas we've inherited about who we're supposed to be.

And because we're immersed in it, it's easy to forget that underneath all of that, we are something far older.

We are living beings.

Our bodies weren't designed in boardrooms or built around calendars, screens and notifications. They evolved over hundreds of thousands of years in direct relationship with the Earth and the other life around us.

There is an intelligence in us that existed long before the human world became this loud.

I think of it as Natural Intelligence.

The wisdom of the body.
The senses.
Instinct.
Rhythm.
Relationship.

Our innate understanding that we belong to something larger than ourselves.

And perhaps that's part of what happens when we spend time in Nature.

We're not learning something new.

For a moment, the world we've constructed becomes a little quieter, and something much older gets a chance to speak.

We remember that beneath all the roles, expectations and ideas about who we should be...

we are Nature too.

And we are here because of something far greater than anything humans have ever created. 🌿

🌿 Something new has been quietly growing...

Over the past few years, my work has continued to evolve.

Whilst every workshop has always been rooted in Nature connection, I found myself wanting to bring everything together under one simple idea.

A place where we could meet each month, slow down, reconnect and tune into the wisdom of the season we're in.

That's how Nurture in Nature came to life.

Rather than offering standalone workshops, I wanted to create a monthly experience that gently follows Nature's rhythm. Each session is inspired by the changing seasons, weaving together mindful movement, Nature connection, forest bathing and moments of quiet reflection.

Because every season has something to teach us.

Not just about the world around us, but about ourselves too.

Whether you're craving a little more space to breathe, a deeper connection with Nature or simply a few hours away from the noise of everyday life, I'd love to welcome you.

Hever Castle & Gardens have created a lovely new page where you can see all of the upcoming dates and seasonal themes in one place.

I hope Nurture in Nature becomes something people return to throughout the year, a gentle reminder that we don't have to keep pushing forwards all the time.

Sometimes we simply need to reconnect with ourselves and the living world around us.
