We are very excited to see all our children return tomorrow for the new school year. A warm welcome to all our new ELC and Primary 1 pupils 💙.

A few little reminders for the new term……..

👕 All pupils are expected to wear smart school uniform.

🏃‍♀️ PE kits must be brought into school on a Monday and will be returned on a Friday.

💦 Water bottles should be brought into school each day with fresh water (no juice).

💻 iPads must be fully charged.

🍎 Please remember to order school lunches in advance via ParentPay or bring a packed lunch from home.

Thank you so much to Bowhill House & Grounds for accommodating us at such short notices, last Thursday. The children had a great day exploring the grounds, participating in activities and playing in the adventure playground. 🌞🙏

Now that we are enjoying some beautiful weather 😎 please remember to provide your child with a water bottle and a hat/cap 🧢 each day. Please also apply sunscreen daily before coming to school/nursery and send suncream with your child for top-ups throughout the day. Thank you 🙏🏻

Our P7s had a brilliant trip to Foxlake today, followed by lunch at Frankie & Benny’s. Impeccable behaviour as always. We are really going to miss this bunch when they head off up to high school!

As part of their topic, Farm to Fork, pupils welcomed Lorraine from Tesco Galashiels. Lorraine talked about a wide number issues and answered some interesting questions. The pupils then enjoyed taking different types of food. Thank you to Lorraine for coming along and visiting.
