Week 2 of the Step Challenge!

Meet at EYC and we'll be walking up and around The Haining.

If you'd like to join us for part of the route, send me a PM and we can arrange a meeting point.

🏊‍♀️ Exciting news! We’re delighted to offer another block of swimming lessons for adults and babies (under 15 months).

I’ll be at the pool on the day to help and support families throughout the session.

To book your place, please send a private message to our page. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment!

⚠️ Planned Closure Notice

Please note that the swimming pool at Selkirk Leisure Centre will be closed on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th September while essential repairs are carried out to the shower facilities.

All other facilities and services will remain open as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding while this work is completed.

Week 2 of Baby Massage was lots of fun with Cheryl! 😊

Today, the mums learned techniques to massage their babies' tummies, helping to relieve wind and ease colic. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the session and gaining confidence in supporting their little ones.

There was such a lovely, calm atmosphere in the centre, with relaxing music playing in the background, creating the perfect environment for both babies and mums to unwind and connect. 💕👶
